Swaged poles at Hi-bond Group Pvt Ltd are manufactured from E.R.W./welded tubes of appropriate lengths, which are carefully swaged and joined together. No circumferential joint is permitted within a single pipe of the pole, ensuring structural integrity. Each swaged joint is precisely staggered in alignment with the longitudinal welds, and the swaging process is carried out using a hydraulic power pack. Circumferential welding is performed at the upper end of the joint, maintaining consistency and strength. Approximately 100+ poles are manufactured daily, strictly adhering to IS 2713 (P-III)-1980 standards. Poles of various sizes can also be produced as per customer illustrations or specifications.
